It’s difficult for me to find places to donate money. There are plenty of organizations who could use my help, but it’s hard for me to feel confident that my money will truly assist those I wish to aid.

The National Diaper Bank Network (NDBN) provides an important service, providing something necessary for children and helping parents who struggle to provide the barest necessities. Diaper need is an acute problem in America, a fact largely unknown to the public but one that’s easy to understand.

I know, when I give to NDBN, that my money will go toward something tangible. I know my money will go to diaper banks across the country, and many poor parents will have one less thing to worry about. We, collectively, strive toward something we should demand but rarely consider -- that children, if nothing else, have access to fresh diapers.

I am glad that I am able to help through NDBN, and I’m proud to share this message on their behalf.
